1. Highlight PURL in bold.

   Replace:

   Conflicting CVSS 3.1 Scores
   Conflicting severity scores for package: pkg:pypi/deepspeed

   With:

   Conflicting CVSS 3.1 for: pkg:pypi/deepspeed

2. Show affected and fixed version ranges for PURL.

3. Add tooltip for each CVSS metric.

4. Collapse Temporal and Environmental score sections by default if none of the advisories include those metrics.

5. Remove "hide/show" button for CVSS vector string.

I'd like to work on this issue.
Here's my steps to solve this issue:

Update the heading to Conflicting CVSS 3.1 for: with the PURL rendered in bold.
Display the affected and fixed version ranges alongside the PURL for additional context.
Add tooltips explaining each CVSS metric (AV, AC, PR, UI, S, C, I, A, etc.).
Collapse the Temporal and Environmental sections by default when none of the conflicting advisories provide those metrics, while keeping them expandable.
Remove the hide/show toggle for the CVSS vector string so it's always visible (or always visible by default — let me know which is preferred).

A couple of questions i want to know :

Is the severity curation page rendered via Django templates, or is there a separate frontend for it?
For the tooltips, is there a preferred approach already used elsewhere in the codebase (e.g., Bootstrap tooltips, a title attribute, or a JS library), so I stay consistent with existing patterns?
