apache_kafka importer: change the way to extract cve_id - #986

In newer advisories from apache_kafka(https://raw.githubusercontent .com/apache/kafka-site/asf-site/cve-list.html), cve_id is not new-line terminated. It should be extracted from `a` tag.

@sify21 Thanks... but we need a DCO signoff to merge and some tests ... also the kafka importer is overall not working and being worked by @johnmhoran for migration. I am going to close this for now and I welcome further contributions! |
