DOCS: Update "deep" links to www.aboutcode.org across documentation

When we replace the WordPress/Elementor-based website for www.aboutcode.org with the Docusaurus-based we will need to update or replace any documentation links below the top level of www.aboutcode.org.

The structure of the websites is completely different so this task will require some manual effort to determine how to update or replace the links. The structure of the Docusaurus-based website at: https://aboutcode-org.github.io/www.aboutcode.org/ will not change when we publish it on Dreamhost to replace the WordPress site.

I reviewed all of the Documentation URLs for primary projects listed in the cards at: https://aboutcode-org.github.io/www.aboutcode.org/
There were no deep links to www.aboutcode.org in the project READMEs, but I did not check the RTD files which are:

I will report a separate issue to update the RTD Doc URLs to use 'stable' instead of 'latest'

I have not checked every page of the RTD pages, but I do not see evidence of deep link references to www.aboutcode.org which makes sense because the prior WordPress iteration of the website content was marketing-oriented.
