WWW: Update DreamHost production website to use Docusaurus content

We are ready to move the new website to production on Dreamhost replacing the WordPress content.

The steps are:

• Navigate to the DH aboutcode.org filesystem now under the Shared/Unlimited plan
• Remove the WordPress content
  • /wp-admin
  • /wp-content
  • /wp-includes
  • index.php
  • license.txt -this is WP FOSS attribution
  • readme.html - WP stuff
  • xmlrpc.php
  • other files that start with "wp-" and have a php extension
• Do not remove the favicons (they may be replaced) or the .htaccess files
• Copy the docusaurus build artifacts from package-url/www.aboutcode.org repo using the DH build output
