WWW: Dreamhost problem with internal links / refresh

The website deployment to Dreamhost needs some more work:

• The icons in the footer are not displaying correctly.
• When I refresh any page except the homepage I get the following error - perhaps related to internal links or the base URL?

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

@mjherzog Let's keep this open -- I now see the footer icons on the GH Pages deployment are missing after deploying my DreamHost fixes. I suspect the hardcoded <img src="/img/[icon file] . . .> paths need to adjust automatically to the GH vs. DreamHost 'baseUrl' deployment values.

@mjherzog I've done a local build for DreamHost incorporating my footer fixes, transferred it to DH with FileZilla, and the footer icons remain visible. ;-) https://aboutcode.org/
