This is actually a mix between several ad35xx docs - can't be used as is. To check if we can use the files for porting.

Move 4 pages from wiki-migration/ to solutions/reference-designs/dac/. Generated stub index.rst with toctree. Localized 47 images, 7 binary artifacts. Updated :doc: links and includes. Replace stub index.rst with template
