docs: explain how to update Cloud payment details

Description

Document how an Appsmith Cloud organization administrator can open Billing, follow the Stripe dashboard link, and select or add the card used by their subscription. Include four screenshots from the support test organization and troubleshooting for missing billing access or links.

Add a Billing and Plans sidebar section alongside the existing cancellation guide, preserving its URL, and cross-link the two pages. Include a separate Customer Portal entry point for self-hosted subscriptions.

• Verified MDX compilation, all four image references, sidebar registration, internal links, and git diff whitespace checks.
• Local built page returned HTTP 200.
