Could we confirm this audit catalog belongs under Security, given that docs/ia-guidelines.md:134 explicitly excludes audit reports from that section?

Good catch. The page no longer hosts audit reports or a catalog. It has one short section pointing to the canonical audit indexes in the source repos, which I read as navigation rather than audit content under ia-guidelines.md:134. If you'd rather drop that pointer from Security altogether, I'm happy to remove it.
