macOS WidgetKit extensions need App Intents metadata for configurable widgets, ControlWidget buttons and interactive Toggle(intent:), but macos_extension had no app_intents attribute. Mirror ios_extension: add rule_attrs.app_intents_attrs and the app_intents_metadata_bundle_partial.

sorry I should have said this before, can you include a test that validates this behavior? i imagine it will validate some files exist inside of a produced app extension |
