The defacto of installing Wordpress and running our stack

Create a mysql db
Duplicate the wp-config-sample.php file, rename to wp-config.php, update the variables with your new config
Download and install https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/livereload/jnihajbhpnppcggbcgedagnkighmdlei?hl=en for live reload capability
Run bower install and npm install in theme directory
Activate theme and plugins
Configure plugins (TODO add plugin configurations)
