Fullscreen on Windows+AMD is broken #993

Description

@DeltaYelta

There isn't a whole lot to say here tbh
I'm using the 0.19.0 release zip from github on windows 11 25H2

main.lua:

function lovr.draw(pass)
  pass:text('hello world', 0, 1.7, -3, .5)
end

conf.lua:

function lovr.conf(t)
  t.window.fullscreen = true
end

Running lovr.exe --console [folder with those files] opens the window saying 'hello world', which immediately freezes and stops responding after a moment. There's no output in the console, even with --graphics-debug. Disabling the headset module also doesn't change anything
