In preparation for moving selected GTDynamics code into GTSAM, this PR updates names to comply with GTSAM conventions. The changes are intended to be mechanical and should not alter behavior. @yetongatech, please confirm you are comfortable with these conventions and let me know about any outstanding branches that could conflict.
