Bumping LND to 0.18.4-beta

Creating this PR to prepare for updating of LND in your docker deployment.
Leaving it in draft mode so it's tested and merged as part of publishing new version.

To test on your server connect with SSH and do:

git fetch
git checkout bump-lnd-v0.18.4-beta
btcpay-update.sh

thanks, testing it locally now on a node with arround 60 channels, still compacting, will write here if I run into any trouble haha

All Channels back online, no FCs, lndg working, circuitbreaker and peerswap working.

Testpayments to the server successfull and test orders from Webshop sucessfull

Will let you know if anything else comes up

For anyone testing, make sure to do:
git remote set-url origin https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver-docker.git

after we merge to get back on the main repository.
