This commit makes the "selectionBackground" and "selectionInactiveBackground" the same colour as JetBrains have started to automatically control the shading. Closes #100
The "RadioButton" highlights are inherited from "CheckBox" which makes theming very difficult. This fix is more of a workaround as JetBrains are (incorrectly) not using the accent colour to highlight the radio button. Closes #77
This improves the contrast between the accented background and the text colour as it was previously `surface1`
By refactoring the user interface highlights into the `*.theme.json` format, we have streamlined the development workflow as we can now directly edit the JSON with automatic code completion provided by JetBrains.
