citus_package can now automatically sign the deb and rpm files it produces. In addition, it can now build PGXN artifacts for citus releases. New scripts enable automation of release, PGXN, Docker Hub, and nightly packaging in Travis CI, as well as auto-syncing the Enterprise GitHub repo from the OSS.
