I've started developing a new document site at olillin/new-docs.
This PR replaces the
publish.ymlworkflow which published to GitHub actions withpublish_all.ymlandpublish_document.yml. These workflows build and publish each document individually to the new document site using olillin/publish-docs-action.This is all still very early in development so expect this PR to be a draft for a while.
