Window previews (disabled by default)

This roughly doubles the memory usage of the plugin and may have performance implications on some systems when enabled. The plugin will generate a new thumbnail at 1/8 size (maximum 240 x 135 pixels on a 1080p display) every quarter second while the window list is visible.

v0.1.0

This is a release of nsz32's excellent docklike-plugin for Xfce. This mostly just corrects all the build warnings and make distcheck errors.

Please report any build or install errors here and I will try to fix them. I have only tested on AMD64 linux and in a VM.
