Describe the work done

The neuromorpho.org morphology fetching seems to be down no matter the URL used (see Neuromorpho tests are skipped even when website is online bsb-test#10)
Created an issue to remember to add a section on the documentation regarding packaging: Add a guide on packaging #906
The _len_ method in PlacementSet was duplicated which is why we removed it.
