What does this PR change?
It is the implementation for the retrieval of friends and friend requests through rpc to
wss://rpc-social-service-ea.decentraland.zone.It adds a dependency with
"com.decentraland.rpc-csharp": "https://github.com/decentraland/rpc-csharp.git?path=rpc-csharp/src",to handle the rpc service.How to test the changes?
