The table has two ways of ordering the case-insensitive relative to its neighbors. Which makes more sense to use?

Summary
Documents the case-insensitive equality operators added in directus/directus#28350, and marks
_nicontainsas requiring the same release._ieq(Equals, case-insensitive) and_nieq(Doesn't equal, case-insensitive) to the operator table on the Filter Rules page._ieq,_nieqand_nicontains: only available on string fields, requires Directus 12.6.0 or later. Why
_nicontainsgets the footnote_nicontainshas been in the docs since #156, but the API rejected it until now ("string" field type does not contain the "_nicontains" filter operator). The SQL existed, but the operator was missing from the allowlist. directus/directus#28350 makes all three operators work in REST, GraphQL, field validation and the app filter UI.Notes for reviewers
Closes #843
