Issue #563: Upgraded packages and their implementations:

  • laminas/laminas-hydrator: 4.x -> 5.x
  • laminas/laminas-inputfilter: 2.x -> 3.x
  • laminas/laminas-servicemanager: 3.x -> 4.x
  • dotkernel/dot-errorhandler: 4.x -> 5.x

Also, Composer bumped dependencies.
