• event_stream() requires EVENT_STREAM_CAPACITY (16384) instead of hard-coded 100, because the 100-event buffer overflowed mid-burst and dropped trailing snapshot-end markers, preventing windows from completing and the session from turning live
• Patching requires cargo clean -p dxlink since static-file edits don't trigger a rebuild
