… and ‘textDocument/publishDiagnostics’ The ‘publishDiagnostics’ is a server-side notification, which are sent back to the client via WebSocket.

This PR contains the basic modules for ide, server and shared and shows a cut-through by supports a single service (completion), based on a single language server (see issue #1287).
Of course the FileType should not be coded on the client side as it is now, but should be requested from the agent based on the registered language servers.
Anyway, I hope the idea gets across and we can use this as a basis for further work.
