From my side of view this is hard to review as I am not well versed in the AI landscape and tend to use AI much less and differently than most people in this project I say.
So I can not say what harness or packaing is good currently.
The idea though seems also a bit weird to me, what exactly do you want to 'package' ? The tools the AI can use?
Shouldn't that come from the project itself?
You want to package the skills? There I might not understand why skills (which are md files) need to be packaged? Versioned yes I get that, and maybe even hash compared so no malicious thing gets in, but packaged seems a bit weird?

But as said, I'm rather ignorant on this front so please enlighten me here.
I would defer to colleagues, and also @FScholPer who is currently the AI 'contact person' for S-CORE, in this maner.

The goal is not really to package Markdown files, but to package reusable AI capabilities together with dependencies, metadata, installation logic, and configuration.

We already have a PoC in the open PR (mcp-servers/pull/12). I tested the installation flow locally and the package install (i.e. MCP Servers) successfully through APM.
Current packages are:
apm-setup: MCP setup/configuration
graphify-codegraph: local repository graph/mapping
context-discipline: local memory and experience gragh management

Just a follow-up on PR #3188.
First version of apm packages are now available to use -> https://github.com/eclipse-score/mcp-servers

This proposal and PoC were already discussed during the Al meetings, and the initial APM package workflow has been demonstrated and validated. The requested feedback regarding the DR type has also been addressed.

If there are no further concerns, could you please review and approve the PR when you have a chance?

How about we move this from infra to ai? Since we've clearly demonstrated that we do not know anything about the topic and cannot review it anyway ;-)
