Summary

  • persist segmented assistant streaming output with bounded delta reads and cleanup
  • add multiplayer GitHub/anonymous actor attribution, participant history, and collaborative session behavior
  • add admin-only instance, prompt, and artifact observability tools
  • unify optimistic state-update folding between the client and machine
  • polish chat, surface feedback, scrolling, and the landing-page return transition

Validation

  • bun run typecheck
  • bun test apps/site packages/aisdk-executor packages/projector
  • bun run --cwd apps/site build
  • git diff --check origin/main...HEAD

Test-suite note

Running unscoped bun test also discovers the checked-in joy-monorepo subtree, which is outside this workspace graph and currently has missing dependencies plus one unrelated existing assertion failure. The changed site and package scopes pass cleanly.

api.run("updateState", …) now applies optimistically by default: the client
runs the machine's own state-update fold (applyStateUpdate, moved to state.ts
and shared) over the projection, and the existing effigy machinery reconciles
— overlay retires when the durable frame's residue lands, reverts if the
server rejects. The agent opts out per call with { optimistic: false } for
contended state (multiplayer counters, turn-taking), and the surface contract
documents both the default and the opt-out.
