redmine_basic_auth

This plugin adds basic authentication using a shared id and password to Redmine.

Requirement

• Redmine 3.4 or 4.0

Installation

Put the plugin to #{Rails.root}/plugins directory.

cd PATH/TO/REDMINE/plugins
git clone https://github.com/farend/redmine_basic_auth.git

Configuration

1. Go to "Administration" > "Plugins" page
2. Open "Configure" for Redmine Basic Auth plugin
3. Enable "Require Basic Authentication", set the user name and the password, and click "Apply"
