Changes boost download URL to boost.io, as jfrog is not used anymore. Also changes the build commands, so that only the required libraries are built. This speeds up building and reduces the size of the flatpak greatly: from 70 MB to 26 MB.
Update shared-modules to update libsub to 1.0.27.
libusb is part of the runtime and I tried to remove the submodule, but for some reason libmtp does not find runtime libusb when building.
