Milandr MCU 1986x small custom library for work purposes

This is my custom library with some program modules, startup files, templates and other useful staff.

Make global define with target mcu: USE_MDR1986VE1T, USE_MDR1986VE9x.
Add to include path core, device. If you want to use program modules also add module.
Include in project module file mdr1986.h which includes selected mcu file.
