Change FAST-JX/v2021-10 to FAST-JX/v2024-05

This commit updates the folder where org.dat and so4.dat are stored. These files were updated for pull request geoschem/geos-chem#2238, which implements a new parameterization for effective radius of SNA and OM aerosols. Signed-off-by: Bob Yantosca <[email protected]>
