Summary

  • require course updates to come from stable GitHub releases
  • exclude draft, prerelease, and unreleased CLI changes
  • treat GitHub release metadata as authoritative instead of descriptive wording

Context

This prevents future automated updates like #238 from documenting features that are only available in prerelease CLI versions.

Require stable GitHub release metadata before the workflow proposes course updates so prerelease and unreleased features do not reach beginner-facing content.
