Background

This is a focused follow-up task under #3361.

A high-fidelity HTML prototype has been prepared for the XBuilder Admin Console,
covering asset management and account permission workflows.

Goal

Create a Live Demo based on the attached prototype so that the proposed UI and
key interaction flows can be reviewed and demonstrated.
