Adds macula-io/macula-station: a realm-agnostic relay for the Macula P2P mesh, written in Erlang/OTP. Kademlia DHT, SWIM-Lifeguard failure detection, pub/sub with bloom-filtered fan-out, RPC relay (including multi-hop), and content-addressed transfer (BLAKE3), all over QUIC. Apache-2.0, published to ghcr.io.
