Add Nuxt4 support

Make histoire Nuxt 4 ready

As a developer using Histoire I want the Histoire plugin to fully support Nuxt 4,
so that I can preview, document, and test my UI components directly within my Nuxt 4 project without manual configuration or compatibility issues.

Nuxt 4 support shipped in v1.0.0-beta.1 via 1cea9ed — examples/nuxt3 was renamed to examples/nuxt4 and the plugin was updated. PR #831 was a parallel approach by another contributor and is still open.

If anyone's still hitting issues on beta.1, drop a fresh repro.
