Update Alien Isolation 60/120fps patch

Tested on base PS5.
For 60fps use my patch OR "Patch VideoOut for 120Hz" in the patch manager "settings".
For 120fps use my patch AND "Patch VideoOut for 120Hz" in the patch manager "settings".

Made a small change to the patch. Give it a try.

It must be something different on the PS4; the issue isn't the FPS limiter caused by sceVideoOutSetFlipRate. As you can see in the video, the frame rate stays at 60 FPS in areas where there's hardly anything on screen, but when I look toward areas with more detail, it drops back to 30 FPS. There must be another limitation on the PS4 besides sceVideoOutSetFlipRate.

I see now, thank you 👍 I believe it is called double buffer vsync.
I had the exact same issue on the PS3 version. On the PS3 sometimes it is patchable but if not the only workaround is overclocking (which only helps to mitigate the issue).
