Description

This PR originally served to be the new report that ended up in #182, but later ended up only being improvements of the existing workload report, essentially priming the data structure to handle the new report.
Additions include:

  • Syncing epics in a relational manner (for filtering).
  • An effort to improve the synchronisation of worklogs.
  • Added enums for epic and milestones for listing non-billable entries of each.
  • Added averages for each period on workload report.
