Exploring quantum mechanics, quantum systems, and computational modeling
This repository documents my journey into quantum mechanics, quantum information, and quantum systems.
I am transitioning into quantum science with the goal of working on real quantum systems — particularly in areas like quantum communication, quantum information, and quantum engineering.
My approach is to:
- Build strong foundations in quantum mechanics
- Develop the ability to model and simulate quantum systems
- Use computational tools (including AI where meaningful) to understand and optimize these systems
- Qubit representation
- Measurement
- Quantum gates
- Density matrices
- Noise and decoherence
(More weeks will be added as I progress)
- Python (NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Quantum libraries (planned: PennyLane / Qiskit)
- Scientific computing methods
This is not a collection of tutorials.
Everything here is:
- implemented from scratch
- understood conceptually and mathematically
- documented clearly
I will be documenting my weekly progress and insights both here and through written notes/blogs.
To contribute to quantum technologies and research by combining:
- physics-based understanding
- computational modeling
- system-level thinking
