[BUG] 🐛 Passing in `--git_branch $SOME_BRANCH` on a fresh run doesn't use newly cloned onboardme dot files?

Will add more to this bug when I can reproduce it again, but don't want to forget it. This was in the onboardme debian:bookworm arm docker image.

This is kinda fixed here:

onboardme/onboardme/constants.py

Lines 44 to 45 in ac5b3be

But that just solves the ARM docker image issue, not the issue for anyone else with their own dot files
