ReadyForNature 1.0

This is the first release of ReadyForNature, with the following features:

• Checks if open/close sensors or open and rain is forecast. Checks are performed every 30 mins, and whenever a monitored sensor is opened and alerts via push message or SMS (original code by @imbrianj).
• Ability to set delay before attempting to send message, will cancel alert if contacts closed within delay (by @motley74).
• Option to use either hourly or daily forecast.
• Option for TTS notifications on a connected media player.
• Option to include the chain of rain in the alert message.
• Option to check air quality as well as (or instead of) rain.
