- Add docs/README.md as the single docs map + authority register, with an explicit docs-map pointer in AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md - Move language verification guide to docs/references/language-verification-guide.md - Move states/ explore result into docs/benchmarks and dissolve the states category - Delete reconciled process artifact domain-language-issues.md (all 9 items implemented and closed in #26-#33, #29) - Reclassify plan-artifact-consolidated-closeout.md as supporting durable navigation (test-locked), not process - Fix buildContext -> collectContext doc drift after rename #32 (README, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, site API reference) - Repair inbound references after the two moves
