Adds a new SVG icon to replace the old pngs. Adds newly-designed dedicated Adamantium and Platinum svg donor icons, and specialises the gold star for co-owners only. Slight colouring changes on the gold/silver/bronze donator svg versions. Renames darkmode filenames to have a "_darkmode" suffix for future consistency.
Adds svg versions for the game history icons. Adds the Platinum svg icon. Also adds png versions of the new Adamantium & Platinum donator badges, if desired for later use.
Updates all files across the site to use the new .svg icons. Adds DonatorAdamantium & DonatorOwner to the valid user types array so they can actually be referenced for use.
Adds to the adminCP Admin tools two new functions to give co-owner & adamantium badges Also adds Owner/Adamantium/Platinum user types to several places they were still missing.

Replaces all the site's image icons with new svg versions. This will make them display better on high-resolution and zoomed-in screens, particularly mobile devices.
Also adds newly-designed Adamantium and Platinum Donator badges to award to members who donate at those levels.
