[Bug]: Extracted text with non-UTF8 encoding (Arabic/Persian) appears corrupted

What happened?

Everything works correctly except when the extracted file contains Arabic/Persian (RTL) text.
The output looks corrupted, such as:

���� �� "�����" ��� �������
����� ����

How to reproduce the bug

$archive = Archive::read('file.rar');
$sub = $archive->getFileItems()[0];
echo $archive->getContents($sub);
