- Preexisting Medical Conditions
- Overweight/Obesity
- Age 45 and older
- Parent or sibling with type 2 Diabetes
- Sedentary Lifestyle (physical activity less than 3 times a week)
- Non- Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
- Gestational Diabetes
