What this PR does / why we need it:
Proposes a cloud-edge AI infrastructure repair benchmark in Ianvs. It defines five faults across service configuration, model artifacts, image architecture and cloud-edge release consistency, with controlled tools, approval, independent inference verification, rollback and six reporting dimensions.
The first implementation slice is an example-level Python CLI reusing Ianvs Rank. It does not introduce a new core learning paradigm or claim
ianvs -fsupport. The documented fixture uses real KubeEdge and CUDA on a single WSL host, with a host GPU worker behind the edge gateway; it is not a geographically distributed deployment or a GPU-container benchmark.This is a proposal for community discussion and review. No prior SIG discussion or proposal approval is claimed. A companion implementation will remain draft pending agreement on the scope and interface. Maintainer review, including the approvals required by the test-environment contribution guide, is still needed.
Validation: documentation-only proposal; scenario contracts and metric definitions checked against the executable local prototype. Controlled experiment results belong to the companion implementation report, not an official community leaderboard.
