Bug Description
From a fresh setup using winget, installing from Lemonade UI the FLM/NPU backend will result in Windows 11 failing at Code Integrity check with events ID 3077 for files :
- qwen3_npu.dll
- qwen2_npu.dll
- llama_npu.dll
- q4_npu_eXpress.dll
Steps to Reproduce
Uninstall Lemondate. Clean at least .cache/lemonade folder, install lemonade using the standard winget command from website and in UI install FastFlowLM NPU backend. At end of install, Windows 11 Code Integrity will failed with popup and with event in the event viewer for the details.
Expected vs Actual Behavior
It is expected that install of FastFlow/NPU would work and that Code Integrity would verify the code and let it run.
