The recursive implementation capped stripping at 100 levels, leaving deeper pathological input still wrapped and causing sqlglot's own recursive-descent parser to blow the stack downstream. Rewritten as an iterative loop that fully strips redundant outer parens at any depth. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
