Add description
Merge changes to Part I Lesson (prototype) branch
Added site page for Drag and Drop along with three reference images.
Have to add link to the ArrayList tutorial on other page.
Not complete, need to explain final two functions.
Not finished, need to finish checking overlaps with path
Added sample code segments for reference
Changed the weighting for the page, update arraylist initialization in code block
update weight, add completed page
Remove references to method that checks for valid placement. Add references to official documentation for ArrayList and PVector.
