…xamples claude-sonnet-4-5 is retired by Anthropic on 2026-11-30. Seven example workflows on the claude and claude-agent-sdk providers pinned it. Switch them to claude-sonnet-5-5 and add a test that keeps Claude-provider examples off the retired id. Examples on the copilot provider use a different naming scheme and are left alone.

Anthropic retires
claude-sonnet-4-5on 2026-11-30. The Claude Agent SDK provider still defaults to it (_DEFAULT_MODEL), and seven example workflows pin it (claude-custom-endpoint,claude-agent-sdk-mcp,-repo-qa,-session-key,-setting-sources,-settings-dir,experimental-claude-agent-sdk). After that date they fail against a real backend.Fix: move the provider default and those examples to
claude-sonnet-4-6, and reword two comments that called 4-5 "the SDK's documented default". 4-6 rather than 5-5 becauseclaude-sonnet-5-5rejects forcedtool_choice(see #621), which conductor relies on. Examples on thecopilotprovider use a different naming scheme and are untouched.Test:
TestClaudeExampleModelsloads every example and fails if a Claude-provider one still pinsclaude-sonnet-4-5; the provider test now expects the new default.tests/test_providers/test_claude_agent_sdk.py+tests/test_integration/test_examples.py: 333 passed, 1 skipped.A changelog fragment is included.
