I've worked on headless Shopware from three sides: agency (Divante), framework vendor (Vue Storefront, co-creator of Shopware PWA) and platform vendor (shopware AG, core contributor to Shopware Frontends). Based in Wrocław, Poland.
- Shopware Frontends: the open-source Vue/Nuxt framework for custom storefronts on Shopware 6
- Shopware core: improving the Store API itself (PHP/Symfony) so that headless clients get a consistent, predictable API
- Tooling in between: typed API clients generated from OpenAPI, Nuxt modules, payment integrations (Mollie, Adyen)
- Production work: performance reviews, fixes and tweaks for merchant storefronts, API optimisation, solving real-world bugs in live shops, supporting DevOps on deployments and go-lives, Nuxt 2 → Nuxt 3/4 migrations
- AI-augmented engineering: agent skills, automated code reviews and CI automations for the Shopware repos, built on Claude and tested across other models
Stack: TypeScript, Vue / Nuxt, PHP / Symfony, REST APIs, OpenAPI, MCP, GitHub Actions, Claude (and friends)
Agentic commerce: what a storefront looks like when the customer is an AI agent, and what the Store API needs to make that work
AI agents in real engineering work: how far skills, automated reviews and agent workflows can go in a large open-source codebase
