#4460 pinned every action to a commit SHA, but the path-filter
changesjobs added afterwards in #4459 referenceactions/checkout@v7by tag in three workflows (build-images.yaml,codeql-analysis.yml,govulncheck.yaml). This pins them to the same v7 commit (3d3c42e5) the other workflows already use, so everyuses:in.github/workflowsis a SHA again. No behaviour change; the tag and the commit are identical today.
