Description

This pull request addresses WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 1.4.1 (Use of Color, Level A) for UFormField. Currently, validation errors rely on text color alone (text-error) to convey state, which makes error feedback inaccessible to users with color vision deficiencies.

Changes:

1. errorPrefix?: string: Optional prop to prepend text (e.g. "Error:", "Required:") to the error message. Automatically manages spacing with the message.
2. errorIcon?: IconProps['name']: Optional prop displaying an icon next to the error message, scaled per size variant (size-3.5 on xs/sm, size-4 on md/lg, size-5 on xl) with aria-hidden="true".
3. #error-icon slot: Slot to provide a custom icon or visual indicator.
4. Theme: Added errorIcon and errorPrefix slots in src/theme/form-field.ts.
5. Backwards Compatibility: When neither prop nor slot is provided, the rendered DOM and comments remain 100% identical to previous behavior (no extra wrapper or comment nodes).
6. Documentation & Tests: Added documentation with WCAG explanation in form-field.md, playground samples, and complete test coverage with snapshots in FormField.spec.ts.

Hey, thanks for the PR, the WCAG motivation makes a lot of sense! One real issue: AuthForm fields extend FormFieldProps, but pickFieldProps / omitFieldProps list the FormField props by hand. So errorPrefix and errorIcon never reach UFormField and end up on the <input> as stray attributes, and they need to be added to both lists. The #error-icon slot also replaces the icon element, so custom content gets no errorIcon classes (spacing, alignment, size), as the with error-icon slot snapshot shows. Wrapping it with ui.errorIcon() and passing ui as a slot prop would fix that, and the docs example (shrink-0, no spacing) could then be simplified. Minor nits: me-1 on errorPrefix instead of the endsWith(' ') text node, merging the duplicated <slot name="error"> branches, and dropping the dead size-4 shrink-0 from the base errorIcon slot.
